WHAT IS PROPOSED
A dense subdivision in a distinctly rural setting.
The application proposes subdividing the property into 19 residential lots, demolishing existing structures and constructing new single-family homes, roads and infrastructure. The application also seeks numerous waivers, reductions and concessions affecting lot size, setbacks, lot dimensions, parking, retaining walls and standards contained in the North Gate Specific Plan.
